There are no refunds, exchanges or warranties with ArtzByAndrea. All sales are final. Please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing an order. These items are one of a kind and delicate so handle carefully. We are not responsible for damage caused by shippers or customer. Damages and issues If the package your item(s) arrived in is damaged, please ensure you take photos/videos prior to opening. We need this evidence to make a claim with the shipping company.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible via the contact page with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Keep in mind this is handmade with small items that may fall off and that’s normal with any handmade 3D artwork.
